Rokiwaste Quote Terms and Conditions
Validity
This quotation is valid for 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing
All prices quoted exclude VAT, delivery, and installation unless expressly indicated otherwise in the quote.
Payment Terms
Unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing by Rokiwaste management, the following payment terms shall apply within the Republic of South Africa: 50% deposit is payable upon order confirmation, 40% on readiness prior to dispatch, and the remaining 10% is payable within 7 days upon completion of delivery or installation. Installation delays on the site of the client will invalidate any claim to withhold payment. Rental equipment is payable within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Export sales for outside the Republic of South Africa: 50% deposit is payable upon order confirmation, and the balance on readiness prior to dispatch. Consumables are payable in full upon order confirmation. All credit vetting for a new or existing customer credit facility will incur a R1000.00 non-refundable charge.
Lead Time
All lead times provided are estimates and are subject to change based on current production schedules, availability of materials, and workload at the time of order confirmation. Final lead times will be confirmed only upon receipt of a formal purchase order, full deposit, and any required documentation, drawing or other approvals.
Exclusions
This quotation excludes civil works, electrical supply points, and any other services or items not explicitly mentioned in the quotation. Kindly note that any items or documentation pertaining to safety file requirements will incur additional charges upon request.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the client, Rokiwaste reserves the right to invoice for any equipment, services, labour, or resources utilised in line with the current status of the project at the time of cancellation. In cases where equipment has been dispatched, a 10% handling fee might be applicable.
Service and Maintenance
Nationwide service and maintenance support is available across South Africa, with agent coverage in neighbouring countries. Standard services are available Monday to Friday. Emergency service requests over weekends or on public holidays will attract applicable emergency rates. For rental clients on full maintenance agreements, all repair costs resulting from damage, misuse, or negligence will be billed directly to the client.
Warranty
All new equipment is covered under a 12-month or 2000-hour warranty, whichever occurs first. For full details, please refer to the Rokiwaste Warranty Terms and Conditions.
